We have been working on an antihack in the recent past, and are happy to announce that it is ready for testing. For the remainder of season 6, use of the antihack will be optional. We now need your help to test the antihack program before season 7 - in which it will be mandatory. Any bugs should be reported to us right away so that we can get it fixed. If all goes well, starting with season 7, hacking will be a thing of the past. As you can see in the game lists, any match played with the antihack will have a green checkmark next to it - so even if you do not find any bugs, you can prove to everyone that you are hack free. Thus, I encourage everyone to download it and to use it for the rest of their UGL6 games.

Later today I will post a comprehensive FAQ regarding how the antihack works, but here is a summary. It is not a launcher, you just need to be running it while playing your league games. So you can use chaos launcher or ADVloader or whatever else you are used to - that is perfectly fine. You run it before starting a league game, and if you win your game, it will scan the new LastReplay.rep file that was just made and it will create a file with a .ugl extension. This is the file you must upload to the server to be credited with using the antihack. Starting season 7, the server will no longer accept .rep file uploads. While the program is running, it will display important information on its screen, such as whether or not a .ugl file was succesfully created. Please check this info if there is any problem and report it to us.

Also note that .ugl files are created if one of the two conditions has been fulfilled:
1) you received a WIN for the game you played
2) you received a DRAW but the game lasted longer than 2 minutes - this is for cases where your opponent disconnects

In case your opponent disconnects, to report the game you are still required to post screenshots of both players' profile, however.

A small technical detail: you may need to run the program as Administrator. This is inevitable due to the nature of the program, but it is harmless.
Note: running two instances of the antihack at one time may have unpredictable results, so don't do this.

Update: a bug was fixed which had resulted in corrupt files around 10% of the time.

so i played one game with this i didnt report using the lastreplay.ugl but will it over right every game as lastreplay.ugl so you dont have to go searching for it? just curious. Works so far.

Yes, LastReplay.ugl will always be the latest .ugl file created. The second file is in case you want to save them if for some reasons you can't report right away, a kind of auto-save.

I played a pub game just to try it and it said Bad Replay : Error code 7..whats this? and I don't see this new ugl file in the replay folder

Thanks for that info, I might have to change some of the internal settings. Error code 7 refers to a step in replay verification. Would you mind if I sent you a version of the program for you to test that would show a more detailed report? This is exactly the kind of thing we need fixed by next season.

And the .ugl file wasn't made because of the error.

im trying to upload the last replay.ugl and it tells me this error. "The file you uploaded is not a valid replay file.".

So what i should do?

Did you use the "Report Game (Antihack)" in the menu? The normal one will not work until next season.

You also used the old upload form, I know that because that particular error message is only generated if you use the old upload form, not the new one available in League -> Report Game [ANTIHACK]. If you use that one it will work.

But since many people are doing this I will merge the two and the form will act according to the provided extension.

I made it with huge help from a friend; I'm compiling it from source so there's no danger of viruses or backdoors in case that might be a worry.

Maybe you should add a version to the filename in case you update it, so users know which version they have.
